Damnit, I JUST bought the 24-70 2.8 II at $2299 from B&H. I'm going to try and see if they have a price guarantee. It's frustrating buying something and then the price is $200 less just a couple of days later from the same store

Just talked with B&H Customer Service and they will refund the $200 to me. This is why they're one of the top camera stores in the United States!

24/70 Getting closer to my 'buy it now' price.

I think it has the potential to drop another $200 so I'm waiting. I don't need the lens till next Spring/Summer so I have time. A good sign though.

+ 100 ....I called them this morning as soon as I received an email from them outlining the new deals... I explained that I had purchased the 24-70 about 10 days ago - and they immediately offered to refund me the $200. diff...asap.

That is customer service !!! and just one more example of how they've earned my business.

I picked up the 85mm f/1.2 L for $1799 which is $200 off what it has been selling for.

Was a wonderful surprise to see the lower lens price compared to what I almost ordered on Sunday, instead.
