Autumn in the Canadian Rockies.
Medicine Lake begins to drop to its winter sub-surface flow, snow falls, the shallow bits of the lake begin to freeze along the edges, and the fly fishermen gear up and stand in the cold water- trying to outwit the wily trout.
A perfect activity for masochistic outdoorsmen .

Thanks, Tim.
As you no doubt guessed, those are the reflections of trees that are on the opposite side of the lake as it narrowed by the terminal moraine that was left behind by the last glacier- forming a natural dam behind which the lake formed.
I cropped this in camera so that only the reflections showed. Trying to bring a little more attention to the fisherman.
