Thanks for sharing. It was a nice capture indeed, I am not sure I agree with the processing. The vignette is in my opinion overdone as is the selective coloring. I would suggest a high contrast B&W and minimize the vignette to just a hint if it is important.

Love the eyes, but I've never been a fan of the white vignettes.

Don't mind a white vignette as a rule (when it works, it works), but in my opinion it is much too heavy here. Subtle is best! If the vignette is obvious, IMO there's too much if it.

Part of his facial skin has turned gray in this processing. Not sure if you really intended to do that or not; but if so, it doesn't work for me. The white vignette, as mentioned already, is way too heavy for me. When vignettes work (IMO), it's usually a subtle look.

Not sure why you felt it needed so much pop. It actually looks like the original is a very nice photograph.

This might be a slightly more serious, focused (no pun intended) board than most, but it's still an internet message board. Good rule of thumb is "don't take it seriously."

"This is clearly your best work to date, you're really making progress!"
