I noticed the perfect weather forecasted and the full moon so I couldn't resist the temptation to do one more Sandhill Crane photo op this fall.

I have way too many of the classic flight , dancing, and landing images. I really wanted to get some images with the Sandhills interacting with the full moon (moonset) at sunrise . This was my goal.

You caught some hard-to-get arrangements of the sandhill groups against the moon.
