For years, I have marveled images of Grebes carrying and feeding their youngs off of their back from Tim Kuhn. Finally, to my great surprise, sightings were reported at local ponds this past summer. Great shots. However, I think those are Clark's Grebes and not Western Grebes due to the dark feathers being above the eyeline. |
