Vacuum tubes, which date back to the 19th century, are a very interesting old technology. While they've been replaced by newer solid state technology in most applications, they are still prized in music where they are found in fine amplifiers for guitars and other instruments and in power amplifiers for musical reproduction. |

Hi ether, several years ago I picked up a used set of Wavelength Cardinal 300B amps. I like them a lot. My guitar amp is also tube driven. Old tech, but they sound nice! |
