Aqualung my friend (couldn't resist), what did you have your picture control set on, if you don't mind me asking?

I was using the Standard PC, w/ sharpening = +3, everything else = 0 (.jpg)

PP'd in LR 4.2, use the Mogrify plug-in for export/sharpening (Unsharp Mask)

Thanks Chris. I am shooting Va High School state semi-final matches on Friday and curious. I use both and a 85mm 1.8 prime in the darker gyms.

Quick response greatly appreciated.

Chris....timing and WB look real good on these and nice grabs on the ball compression. I'm just wondering on #7 (and I am no expert on VB) but I just wonder what your thoughts are about going a little wider on that shot because with that wall to her left....I can't get a sense of where she is in reference to the net. Looks like she's going up for the kill but where is the net?

Thanks Frank...I'll doublecheck, think I may have cropped out some ugly background to the left, and may not have net on the right
