Each year we put a 6'x9' banner in the gym. The theme for this season is "The Sky is the Limit" The photo shoot is over and so it is a little too late for suggestions on improving the posing etc.

I don't like the font for the theme. Any suggestions?

Any poster design suggestions? I wanted to darken the background on the shot so the hanger isn't as prominent so I put a little vignette. Too much? Not enough?

I like it. First thoughts: Should be "The Sky's the limit", cuz that's how people actually say the slogan, and that text should be bigger and in front of the jet.

Did you think about cutting out the hanger part, both above and where the gray floor stops in the back and adding a bright blue sky with clouds? I agree the text should be bigger and with more definition.

I exchanged emails with the coach to bring basketballs and some spare nets that I could incorporate into the shot and they forgot them.

Hmm... Good suggestion on having a layer with the sky in the background. Let me look into a sky/cloud image that would be a good option for that.

I like the last one. I would still like to see a basketball somewhere. What about sticking a 1/4 of a basketball (maybe translucent) in the upper right corner behind the text?

I personally like #3. To me, the plane looks more like a spaceship, when the hangar is substituted by sky because the wheels are out of sight. I prefer the font in #3 to that in #2.

Why is there sky under the the plane? try just darkening under the plane and maybe adding a sky above (but lighter) otherwise it draws all the attention from the players away
