I've been taking advantage of the recent finch/siskin explosion and the crappy weather keeping me home. I had 64 siskins on my deck rail at one time. Here's a mix of siskins and finches with a bonus iphone shot from 2 feet away from 6 thistle feeding siskins. Most of the shots were shot from tripod/ballhead atop my pillowtop mattress. Anderson sliding glass doors for UV filter. Between the cherry, maple and oak trees in the backyard, the peak foliage BGD's has lasted a few weeks even with the high winds. Bracing for the next wallop tonight.

#9 iphone shot from 2 feet away from thistle sock, at the corner of my upper deck. The willow on the right, just left of the sock is now a largemouth bass habitat from Sandy.
