I would whiten her teeth a bit. Look at her eyes, they are white. So it's not the toning of the image as a whole.

Nice image. The "little yellow tone in the image", I believe comes from her teeth. If you whiten them as bortoni said, like her eyes it changes the image quite a bit.

or she could wear a nice velvet pink shirt

I tend to notice the contrast in coloring between teeth and eyes, and in this case, the whites of the eyes make those teeth look awfully dingy yellow. I'd suggest a slight whitening job too.
