I was in our local Soda Fountain today, and the lady was putting up Halloween decorations. She was all dressed up as our town's trick-or-treating is done tonight. When I saw the stepladder, I figured this had to be tried! It's my first attempt at this sort of thing, so be gentle. There are things I would do better next time.
