Just want to let the OP know that on the refurbrished "warranty card", it clearly states that the 90 day warranty is non transferable.....unless they have changed their policy recently.

Thanks herbertgzb. The buyer can still claim the warranty under my name.

Just as point of information, refurb or not, none of Canon's warranties are transferable.
