Thanks Robert! I love gyro's and this was as close as I could get without the vertical roaster!

Thanks Travis. Well, I'm not a chef, so that leaves.....actually I do love to cook and have been doing so for some time, so it comes a little more naturally for me I suppose. That, along with photography leaves me never wanting for a subject!
