Perhaps more assertive?

2 for me.

Using 1 texture and a very strong curves bend.

I prefer #2. I could see pumping up the contrast and saturation a bit more, but #3 is overcooked for my taste.

Bob, that Grilled Rooster is really well done and what a great idea. Only one problem with is that I didn't think of it

The like the over-the-top treatment of the third and I quite like the grilled rooster!
