This isn't exactly photography-related but is a fun/horrific look at a bride-to-be. For the right photographer, this would probably be a great assignment. For the wrong kind....

Wow. I hope the groom knows what he's getting in to!

I just imagine a sheepish groom having the same sort of conversation with his 10 groomsmen. "So guys, Becky is kinda serious about this stuff..."

"The wedding as I stated will be in Vail the engagement party will either be in NY or CT and the bachelorette party will be in Vegas, cliche yeaa but I've never been."

Good grief. Sounds to me more like...
Hi yeah, I know we've only been friends since that one night at a bar a few months ago, but I'm getting married so I'm expecting you to fork out about $10k over the next 9 months to make me feel cool and awesome... forget the fact that we'll probably be divorced in 5 years anyways, 'cause I doubt you and I will still even be friends by then.

note to self: thoroughly vet any inquiries for a Vail wedding.

This is when our itinerant fisher-of-men comes in and tells everyone to manage expectations, deal with the bride professionally, and make some serious bank on what is surely going to be a pretty high-end affair.

Edit: It's nice being somewhat right.

Working for people with high standards is one thing I don't have a problem with... working for people who treat others like trash is another.

"Also if money is tight and you cant afford to contribute to say the bachelorette party or wont be able to afford a dress etc then Ló and Myself don't have time to deal with that, I'm sorry.
This includes flights as well, everyone knows the states where the parties are going to be held so if you wont be able to afford a flight then that means you cant make a party which ultimately means I cant have you as a bridesmaid. Obviously we'll get the best deals and were not gonna books flights for $1000 and shit that's why were doing this in advance, that goes for bridesmaids dresses as well everything will be affordable but if you think by affordable its going to be a $25 forever 21 dress then your going to the wrong wedding."

That, to me, is treating people like trash. Using them and abusing them for your own ego-maniacal purposes is just wrong. These are her "friends".

She's a bit crude in her delivery, but she does seem earnest in making sure everybody's on the same page and can pull this off.

If I got an message like this from one of my friends.... Oh man. Honestly, I probably wouldn't even RSVP... Then again, I'm just like that when people act insane.
