Overall exposure looks pretty good and I like the sharp texture to the water. Nice effect on the sun, as well.

I also like the effect on the water. It's tricky not to blow the whites and you've done a great job of keeping the detail and texture. However, there's a lot of blue sky here and I'm not sure it's helping you. The sun is neat but I'd be interested in whether cropping most of the sky might direct the viewer's attention to the water, which to me is the most interest part of the image.

The Zeiss is incredibly sharp so I can certainly give that crop suggestion a whirl to see how it looks. Tip appreciated.
