The magnificent artwork would elevate this photograph (perfect comp. in your spiral positioning), but then...

...you added a PUPPY!

Nirvana!

The colors and artwork are first class. You did a great jobs of taking someone else's art and making it your own. Really nice capture.

Thank you, each of you, for your kind comments. I like the dog there, he is reading the paper too!!

the inclusion of the man dog and bench really gives this scene a sense of place, and scale. Nicely done.

What did you shoot this with?

I too love the comp. I think you caught it at the perfect time too, since the puppy is looking at the mans paper.

Thank you for your comment Chris.

I shoot this with a Nikon D300 lens 18mm to 135mm on a tripod.

Why the tripod? It looks like the image was taken during the day

Any images should be on tripod. It is way better for your composition and for everything in focus.

What makes this photo excel is the addition of animate objects, the man and the pup, to what is a colourful yet static scene.

Congratulations Mado!

Well seen and well captured.

I agree about a tripod, it makes you slow down and look and think.
