ESC in KC and ruuskan, I am sure it took tons of paint and I was there at the right time to capture it before the rain washed it all away. I am kidding about the spray paint

Unbelievable! Looks like a scene from an old Robin Williams movie I saw recently 'What Dreams May Come' same type of colorful vision of Heaven.

svassh, I agree it's an unbelievable site. Situated right in the middle of high desert so it's a site to behold.

Even though I have yet to see the painted hills in person, I am completely in love with them. Great shot!

Nick, thank you. I have lived here for 7 years and this was my first experience seeing the painted hills. It's a good 6 to 7 hour drive one way for me but it was worth it.
