At one time, this house used to be a place a family called home. It has since been abandoned. I found this house nestled in the woods while taking a drive yesterday. Luckily I had my photo gear with me, so I parked my car and started to explore the outside of the house. Had I not been wearing flip flops, I probably would have went inside as well. But I'll save that for another time.

You're probably right. I can get easily creeped out, and with the weather being overcast, along with the house being in the woods, I felt like someone was watching me the entire time. So maybe passing up going inside is for the best.

Nice find Nick. This would make a great haunted house when it's dark out. I like the vignette or whatever process you used.

More and more properties are being abandoned. I wonder where are these families now....(I like your entry)
