Stork kindergarten in Southern Germany.
Some of the last feedings before they will leave the nest. When we passed by some hours later, one had already left the nest.

Fuji 55..200mm, @f8, 200mm and heavy cropping. All water-color jpeg

Thought you were selling that lens. Looks good on the little XE1.

It was on BS but I never bump it because I didn't really want to sell it.
After seeing the result with the X-E1, I withdrew it from the BS. I think it is sharp enough for me and the whole setup is about the weight of a 135mm f2.0 AIS

Yeah, I had the link for your ad saved until I could sell some other gear that I am not using. I missed the 500/8 that I had before. I really like the setup and the bokeh never bothered me.

I can never resist old decaying houses. Here's one from yesterday that judging from the old magazines was abandoned in the 80'ies. It was clear from the rooms that at one point a whole family lived there, then the kids moved out, then the wife died/left and the man lived there alone for a few years. It's touching to see these life stories so visually presented.

X-T1 with 55-200mm. A little known waterfall I finally tracked down today. I'd have loved to get up in the narrow part of the gorge, but you need to wade to get there and I was not equipped for that today. The first is my favorite, but I thought I'd include tighter and looser framing here to let you see the area:
