Has anyone tried using a magnifying eyepiece for macro photography, if so what kind and how were the results, I am using a canon 40D. ?

You can use eyeglasses if you want but the quality or effect is so determined. Let us know the results, by posting them.

I had a quick play with one on a mates camera a couple of years back and to be honest, it didn't really work for me. Not sure if it was to do with the optics of the particular eyepeice or not, but I couldnt seem to view the whole screen in focus... I spent more time focusing my eyes than look at the subject. Might just have been that one though (Sorry, don't know the brand).
