A few lenses arrived today along with a micro-adjustment kit for shits and giggles.

Lenses 70-200v2 (used the f/4 until of late), 24TS-E, and 16-35 (been using the 17-40 for sometime).

Little bit of a disappointment at first because the code dates on the 24mm and the 16-35 were from late 2010 on new lenses. I snapped off a few shots on each at the target + shot all my existing lenses 50mm, 100, 135, etc. Great news and quite shocking - all were dead on MA +/- 1.

As you can tell from my lenses, I lean heavily towards primes, but thus far thrilled with the 70-200II IQ. Best purchase I made this year!

I'm a prime type of person too.

Your 24 TS-E is way old. It probably won't even work with your MA kit. The old 16-35 II will probably be OK - after all it's only a zoom, right?

No worries. Lenses age slower than humans...

Thats an ancient 24tse, worth almost nothing now (I bet autofocus doesnt even work!), I'll give you $100 for it and you can go get a newer one.

Now that I dusted it off, it's looking 1/2 it's age
