I'm in the market for a lens that could be branded either one of the above. I know that they're basically from the same company, but it seems that they're not exactly the same, at least, in look and finish.

My question is, if prices are all the same, which brand is considered superior to another?

AFAIK, they're all made by Samyang.

I have the Samyang UMC 14/2.8 AS and Rokinon 85/1.4 Aspherical IF AF. They're both excellent lenses.

P.S. It's Rokinon, not Rekonin, unless it smells bad, that is...

Check the warranty service.

From the price point, Samyang seems to be the most expensive.
