it's getting a little dried out, still 100% in tact but the color is definitely faded in areas. I'd love to give it a cleaning and revive the rubber a bit. suggestions? thanks

First tip is to use a soft toothbrush and gently scrub it with plain water. That will remove dried salts from sweat, and some oxidation.

Then wipe it with a cloth moistened with a small amount of 303. Don't use much; you can apply more "coats" if needed, but it's hard to remove too much.
