There are a number of variables that need to be nailed down to be sure it is in fact the camera. Unless you are actually using RGB numbers in post to quantify the WB it could indeed be your monitor.

However, to start the elimination process,
1. get a grey card, set it up in full sun.
2. fill the frame with the card, (no need to actually focus on the card).
3. Set WB to Auto making sure you haven't augmented it by an A or B filter value.
4. Shoot in Raw and JPEG if you like.
5. Shoot in WB Sun and again shoot Raw and JPEG.

Then analyze the NEF's in post for RGB values, if everything is good, they should be balanced, as in R:128, G:128, B:128. If they are not balanced, use an eye dropper to select a sample and correct WB and check the values. An proper grey card should have no RGB bias under sunlight if the camera is functioning properly. Both WB values should be the same in NEF and JPEG.
