Difficult to quantify this. Obviously the 135 L is blisteringly fast and accurate. With mf you will not be shooting sports or BIF, but I\'d say the focusing accuracy would be similar.

All are critically focused.

That said, I concede it may be be harder to focus the 135 APO compared to the 100MP.
