Right, but you are trying to start a war between photographers and caterers/venues/coordinators/etc. I've been outspoken on this topic before so all I will say is that I hope you don't actually go through with this or if you are going to start something to "help" the industry it is more positively focused. Maybe you could start a blog showing photographers all the places in their bags they could store perfectly edible and sustaining food items so wars don't have to be started?
