Contax 28mm f2.8 are still fairly inexpensive in UK I believe. I might have one in AE version if you want it.

I'm trying to find one 28/2.8 below 350$. Hope there's still one.

ffordes.co.uk currently has some MM 28/2.8's in EX+ condition for 179GBP = $290; even including extra shipping from England, those should fit your budget, and FFordes is a reputable used camera dealer.

The Leica R 28 Elmarit v.2.
Quite expensive.
Very impressive 3D effect; when shooting objects at near distances, the delicate transition from in focus to blur enhances the dimensionality. The degree of blur is distinctly graduated in sub-centimeter increments so as to add to the effect and place the objects so as to appear in 3D, more so than most other lenses I've ever used.

Thanks a lot for that link. My brother is currently working in London, I will ask him to check and get one for me.

Yes, that's the one though this seller has been trying to unload his at an exorbitant price for a while. They typically go for US$1300-1600.

Regarding some of the 50s you mentioned:

Voigt 58mm f/1.4 SLII: this is a lovely lens with incredibly smooth bokeh. Colors are kept, but contrast goes down, giving a very appealing look. It is not overly 3d but is not flat either. I picked one up late last year and like it a lot.

Contax 50/1.7: not mentioned by you but in my mind is a great value. The f/1.4 gives a smoother background but I think at the cost of dome 3D. The Z series may perform better than the CY here for the f/1.4 set. I tried a CY f/1.4 but preferred the f/1.7 and its lower price to quality ratio. I have one for sale in B&S. You are welcome to try it and return it if not satisfied with its rendering, but dollar for dollar, it is a great 3D lens.
