2. Zuiko 18mm f3.5. Back on the market, buyer changed his mind. I've had several, there was considerable variation in the pics they took, especially when wide open. This was the sharpest of the copies and also the one in best shape. This one looks basically new; no wear, no marks, nothing. Comes with step up ring (B&W). The front element on these lenses sticks out quite a bit, and is scary to use without protecting it from accidental rubbing… This one is perfect and I’ve kept it that way. If you have never tried the 18/3.5, you will not find anything else (in my humble but probably biased opinion) that approaches its total lack of distortion and edge to edge sharpness. If you do interior room shots or architectural shots, you can’t do better. edit: pics are now up. PLEASE NOTE that these pics confirm this 18/3.5 is the very rare MULTICOATED, late model version. Price $1000 but first consideration given to trades.
3. Zuiko 21mm f2. These have become harder and harder to find in this condition. This is a perfect example, 99% or better. It has the floating element to take wonderfully sharp, distortion free pics. You won’t believe how good these lenses are until you try one on your EOS. Sorry, I have an adapter for it but have to keep it for the 90/2 zuiko that I am keeping. If you are unsure about the abilities of the zuiko 18/3.5 or 21/2, do a search for Mike Hatam’s comparisons to the Contax-Zeiss, Leica, and Canon lenses. They were excellent write ups. Price: $850 but first consideration given to trades.
4. Leica Elmarit-R 35mm f2.8,black. This is the prized 3rd version with built in hood. Very sharp copy, good condition with a slight mark on the hood, but body is clean (came to me that way). Everything works great and it takes wonderful pics. $450 with EOS adapter.
TRADES: interested in the following trade with money going one way or the other as value dictates: 24/1.4L II. I had lots and lots of feedback under the old long thread; but as stated, I have just not been very active in the last few years.
Aloha,
Walt

Edit 9/14/10: zuiko 18/3.5 is back up for sale, buyer changed his mind.
You guys are killing me. Sorry, don't mean to complain but I'm stepping in out of the cold here, haven't kept up on recent pricing at all... just no time to do it anymore. I thought if it was listed as a FT (for trade) then no prices were needed? If this is wrong, I'll shop around ebay and try to see what they are going for these days, but I hate using them as a pricing guide.
I'll try to do a lookup here and see if any have sold lately... FM pricing seems to be more in character than the other place.
Oh... I was able to take a few pics last night, will post them when I get home (I hope).
Having trouble with the pics; they are done, but I have a new computer and don't even have a RAW converter on the new computer. Argh. Will post a link to the pics soon as I can convert them to jpgs.
