I add to the Leighton's congrats for the 3500 pages!

Leighton, superb colors in the Shenandoah skies!

Chin, that pic of the guy in focus with the 135 2.8 lens is outstanding!!

Don, someday I will start to see your pics in nightmares. They are always eerie.

Scott, I absolutely love the grainery shot. Superb gray tones!

Mihai, happy to hear from you and hope you are doing well out there.

Peter has company now for 500mm reflex shots! Chuong, congrats and very nice one of the squirrel. I like what the lens did to the branches behind the squirrel, good character in that bokeh.

Guys, I have never gotten into bikes or understand the torque talk, but I like the bike in the snow pic by Georg

Ken, nice action-shots from the wheelchair-basketballers! I've shot the same sports yesterday, but relied on my AF-lenses. Great sports for sure and very intense.

Intense is the right way to say it. I wasn't prepared for anything like I saw and went back to the truck for my D700 bag which is all MF. Each player gave a 110% In this shot heavily cropped with the 50-135 you can see a photographer (purple shirt) behind the ball shooting the Nikon 200-400F4. He shoots these sports all the time and offered to sell me an 85 F2 AiS and I'll take him up on it!

Rafael, cool use of the 28 3.5 PC for imaging the farmhouse waiting for Leighton! And always fun to see your immaculate collection.

Ken, those pictures are very powerful, definitely captured the intensity of the players.

Eric, wow, that looks like a frozen dam in Quebec!

Since we're talking motorcycles...here I am somewhere south of Jacksboro, Texas, on my Kawasaki KLR650. Photo taken by my son, Chris on our June Dual-sport ride.

Nikon D7000, Nikkor 20mm 4.0 K lens, 1/800 @ f8, ISO 200. Zone focus.

Pleasure Pier on Galveston Island, Texas, at sunset.

Nikon D7000, Nikkor 180mm 2.8 Ais, 1/50 @ f8, ISO 640, handheld.

This is one of my favorite photos because of the lighting, composition and juxtaposition of the "lovers". I actually tried selling it to our state magazine "Texas Highways" and the photo editor loved it, but mentioned that it wasn't sharp. Unfortunately, viewed up close and larger, there is some camera shake to mar the image.

That's an award winner in my opinion, it was the magazine's loss. Sharpness isn't the end all.

The moon tonight is so clear. I had to put on the TC-200+TC14b+Nikkor 600mm f5.6 on my D2x

On tripod but I think it's still a bit off. Too cold to continue so this is the best I could get with no cropping.
I am not sure what that bright spot on the left is.
