zhangyue, love the night shots, especially #3
airfrogusmc, the running shot is great.
Andrew, #3 is fantastic, I love the combo of the crisp texture of the perforated metal and the bokeh
Gary, nice moment and lots of interesting shadows
Justin, that's a really nice set. I especially like #2
xpr.108, the 3rd one is great. Perfect balance between silhouette and background
Ron, #1 really works for me. Reminds me of human veins.
joakim, is #2 a lookout tower of sorts?
thrice, love #1, that burning cigarette just jumps off the page

Went to the Zoo today and decided to play with my new 1.4x viewfinder with the 90 AA.

Daniel, nice low light shots,a nd the grain/noise is not disturbing at all.

Andrew, very good b/w set. My favourites are 1, 5 and 6.

Ryan, very lovely rendering of the 90 AA. I especially like 1, 4 and 5.

Charles, superb scene and b/w tonality.

I was feeling a bit artistic last night, so I ordered the ZM 50 C-Sonnar. When I receive it in a couple of days, I will do a quick comoparison with the ZM 50 Planar at infinity and up close, just to understand the difference in character. Will keep you posted

Dan and Edward, thank you, appreciate the kind words

Edward, the ZM 50 Sonnar is a great lens, so long as you get the feel for the focus shift! I love the rendering of the Zeiss Sonnar designs

As a former C-Sonnar owner, I am sure you will enjoy the lens. Just don't try to focus it close up at anything except f/1.5.

Thank you Charles, Dan. In fact intend to use the Sonnar for low light WO shooting. For everything else I have the excellent Planar. That's why I hope it will be optimized for f/1.5 not f/2.8.

Ron, good attempt at the Sigma look Really like 28Cron shots with the water droplet on sensor!
Michael, nice tones to the pushed ISO640 shots, especially like the last one.
Allen, excellent street sets! #4 from the first set is my favorite.
Andrew, really like the compositions with that color last set. The first 4 pics are my favorites, excellent! On your B&W set, the first pic with the timber and CV21 is my favorite.
Gary, as Ron said, excellent B&W shot and a REAL book! I agree that nothing feels like a real book to me as well.
Justin, welcome to the thread and an excellent set to start!
Douglas, interesting adapter and looks decent!
xpr.108, excellent set with the M8! Very clean tones to the first two B&W shots, almost like the Monochrom tonality, beautiful!
Joakim, the first 50Lux shot is excellent!
Daniel, those ISO shots look clean and nice.
Ryan, looks like the 1.4x adapter works well with the 90AA! Nice sharp pics!
Charles, both those 28Cron shots are excellent!

Thanks for comments, guys.

Charles, Hilmar, I process those night photos through VSCO film03, I recently bought it based on recommendation from Joe a while ago, and saw some interesting photo process through those. I did tweak WB, exposure, shadow, contrast and clarity individually. I will not use it often, but certainly very fun for seeking different look occasionally. especially for Low light, high noise file in this case.

Charles, the portrait has a lot presence. and 28cron surfer shot is great. Nice composition and really 3D.
Ryan, excellent zoo series, 2nd one is really nice.
Dan, Like the 2nd, I agree what you said and I actually found high ISO Leica shot are very usable, even more so than D700 sometimes after processed.
Joakim, the first one has very nice PP. I love the look.
Allen, Justin, nice street set.
Andrew, enjoy both set, especially BW one.
Ron, the snow shot from you are really nice. now, you feel the pain of changing lens
Gary, I really enjoy the BW shot from you. more! Lighting is great, and keep me focused on your son's concentration. Nice composition, story and lighting. A keeper.
Joe, thanks for comment. I forget to answer your recommendation of RX1, I have to say its performance is best of 35mm length right now. but I can't getting myself into it for its ergonomics, which i value very high. at least not at $3000, I'd get 6d or 5dIII with my 35cron R for the price.

Edward, Sonnar is a great lens. I still love it. I took one of my favorite BW with this lens on M3. It is light and has almost comparable performance with 50lux WO within 2M. You need a fast glass. congratulation.

Charles, superb portrait and rendering from the Noctilux. Very Zeissy dare I say

Zhangyue, thank you very much. The lens is shipping today and I can't wait to receive it. I don't know yet if it's optimized for wide open or 2.8 so that's going to be a little surprise for me. The b/w shot is amazing! Very nice rendering. I really like the symmetry and colors in the last shot too.

Charles, superb portrait!! Plus I wouldn't know it was fluorescent lighting with the pp, nice!

Michael, excellent set, the picture of your children and the first ZM21 shot are my favorites. You bought VSCO 3? Nice. I would suggest trying VSCO film pack 2 or #1 as your first choice rather than VSCO 3 which is more of an emulation of instant film packs.

Edward, looking forward to your Sonnar 50mm pics!
