Edward, excellent shot of the bus and really like the colors on this one. Also like how the passengers' arms form a nice diagonal on the composition. The dinner portraits are also excellent, so which Adobe profile did you chose for these shots? I agree, if Ricoh made a FF M mount GXR I would interested as well.

Ron, thanks for the link. maybe there is hope for a larger sensor GRD V this year. I'm probably going to end up with analysis paralysis, ie too many cameras to choose and no pics to show

Joakim, the last 2 shots are excellent, superb rendering with the 50Lux.

Joe, I finally decided to stick to embedded. If it ain't broken, don't fix it

Both have some colors that I don't really like, but adobe standard is too, well, adobe. Embedded produces more unique character imho. As for Ricoh, I wonder what happened to them. They were on the right track, but since they bought Pentax, it seems they got the Pentax syndrom

Edward, one of the pics you had post a while ago convinced me that I had to try the ZM50 planar

Here's one with my newly acquired ZM50 planar, i actually kind of like it better for general use than any other 50 i tried (although the 50 sonar did have its charms):

+1 on the potrait, very interesting expression from the guitarist, particularly the eyes, nice BW toning. Also, to my eyes it has some of that classic Mandler glow to the rendering.

Charles, thank you very much for your comments! Love your color set, all photos are very nicely shot, especially the 2nd portrait and the cave shot. The guitarist shot is superb, but I wish there was more sharpness on the eyes.

Tri Tran, exquisite colors and composition. 1st is my favourite.

Winston, beautiful desert shot, love the dramatic light!
