She's obviously not a professional model -- she's SMILING...

Sorry. Actually, it's nice to see a lovely girl smile. Seriously.

#1 isn't all that great, mainly because of the background distractions. Lighting looks a bit harsh as well -- maybe more diffusion would be warranted.

#2 is really nice. I would suggest easing up on the vignetting, though. This image is actually an example of short lighting; and although I generally like short lighting, the combination of her pose and your composition is making her right side attempt to take focus from where the light is. That right eye is just arresting, but the light keeps forcing me over to her left side. The result is a bit unsettling, because of the competing focus points.

I don't know if this would kill the image or not, but consider darkening her left cheek and brightening her right cheek just a wee bit, to upset the balance and maybe establish her right side as the center of focus.

#3 is lovely. I would only suggest cropping out the image right side, to remove the wood chips / mulch / whatever.

For her first time and your second time these are really good. Now keep shooting and keep posting, and thank you in advance for both.

if you seriously are new to shooting . . . look into a gray card. It could be helpful to you until you fully get a handle on exposure, as you have some real hot 'spots' in these. I would also pull back a good bit on the PS work

1 is well exposed but either the exposure or processing of 2 and 3 have overexposed them to my eyes. The processing in 2 has given a strange effect generally...

They do look a bit "shap-shotty" for model shots, but they still look nice

You can use a grey card to meter off, if you know the "brightness" of it.

The first shot appears to be looking "down" on her... never a good idea with "models". You always want to shoot them lower... ; )

I like the poses and the cropping. I'm not crazy about the colors especially in #2 & #3. The WB seems a little off on my monitor. The images seem to be too warm.
