I love number four. Great Colors!!! I'm planning on going to Japan in January but looking for some sumo shots
Sumo, Oooh, bring a VERY bright lens! Seriously. Although some of the best shots can be had by visiting the training centers. Many of them are "out in the boonies" and have the dirt floors, are located in scenic locations like bamboo forests, or incorporate landscaped meditation gardens much like in my photo series here (Autumn In Japan I, II, III). If you come here early December Fall is the best by far with early spring being second. Summer is hot and sticky most of Japan being semi-tropical as it is. And winter is generally drab and very cold. Winter is probably the most fun for socializing, drinking, and meeting "Japan". Spring is the best time of year to girl hunt (or boy-hunt I guess) and make love. Like in Bambi, everyone get's "twiterpated" starting at the end of March and lasting until June. It sounds weird but the hormones are actually thick in the air itself. I almost feel embarrassed typing about it. Maybe I should just say that's when (early April) the cherry blossoms come out and rely on the inference?

Cool stuff here. I am not to hip on the border selection on #3, but all else looks cool. I think #2 and 4 are my favorites here.
Thanks Jim, I actually have a whole bunch like #4. It's one of 30 or 40 shots I took while flying low over some mountain ranges.
