The performance you are getting from yours is excellent. I wouldn't bother with upgrading to the rubber ring version. Enjoy!

Thank you Paul. I am happy with the lens. I brought this, the Oly 18 and the 85L on my trip. Used the Zeiss for 95 % of the photos. The light levels are really low at the moment. A

GLad you like it Philber. All shots were hand held. The first was at ISO 1600. Don´t have the rest of the EXIF at work.

I know they are pricey but I managed to get a great deal for a lens in great condition. I was about to buy a 35L and the I stumbled upon this deal. I am one happy camper :-)

+1 great shots, all of them.
I especially like portraits at 35mm. They capture more of the subject, and don't tune out the background as much as a 85/100mm lens. Very inspiring.
