I got this idea from someone else and decided to copy it.

If you have a working camera that you are planning to send into the Canon Loyalty Program to upgrade please consider allowing me to pay you money and give you a broken camera to send in.

I mean, Why waste a perfectly good, working camera?

I have a broken 20d plus cash that I'd love to trade for a working 20d.

It gives error 99 whenever something is pressed on it. The shutter triggers intermittently.

Hey can I play?

I need to get gear for my students. I have a broken 10D. Error 99 in Auto and Program mode other modes work.

I might be down for this.

I have a perfectly working 20D and have been looking for a good price on a 50D- but Im ready to give up on buying a used one here-

I've searched the forums here and, (not to sound like a jerk) have noticed most the folks trying to sell used 50D's are asking as much as you can find them brand new online....

ie $850 shipped from a few places (and im not talking about the crazy grey market bait/switch joints).

So, the loyalty program sounds interesting.

I am thinking of upgrading to a 50D...and I have a 20D in working condition...although its only in Good + condition with about 60k activations...
