They are non migratory birds originally from South America. I had the treat of a flock of them visiting my yard last weekend. The photos were taken through my double pain kitchen window. Since you asked, you might want to bump the ISO up and stop it up a bit on the portraits. I've been shooting at ISO 800-1000 with my 80-400 and have been getting excellent results when set to Neutral Mode on the D300. Things might be different on the D200 though. Just a thought.
