If the pixel size is 4.7µm, 5.2µm or 5.7µm what are their respective MP on a full frame 35mm sensor?

This may not be exactly right, but for two significant digits I believe the conversion for 4.7um would go something like this:
(1/0.0047)*36 = 7660
(1/0.0047)*24 = 5106
7660*5106 ~= 39mp

Thanks guys! I guess either of the three resolutions will be present in the next 1Ds.

My guess is that it wil be 32. With the pixel pitch of the 450D and twice as much MP as the 1D4
