I don't think a piece of her hip was removed... I think that if you shoot someone on that pose without any clothes you will see that that happens because where the sarong is is exactly where her hip joint is. I obviously could be wrong, but those websites every now and then get something that is completely natural (albeit it looks a bit weird) and say that it's photoshop.
About her arm, you can see that her shoulders are leaning to the left (her right), therefore making one arm look longer than the other.

Sorry, but that's not true. Just pick up the actual cover and you'll see that it's not the same. You can see that a lot of places are reporting this but none are actually endorsing it as true because they know it's not.

I saw the sites claiming they pasted her head on the other girls body and thats just so ridiculous. It's like they don't realize that dress actually exists and can be worn by more than one person. The overlay itself should prove that they are different. I'm not saying it wasn't retouched but the runway photo should prove that a human body can at least have that shape.
