eNo,
First: this is a terrific interpretation of the Eiffel Tower.
Second: I've seen shots like it before- but so what?
Third: the Eiffel Tower has been seen and photographed so often that the tower itself is considered a cliche by many. So what? Spectacular sights become cliches because they are spectacular.
When I hear someone say, "I went to Paris but didn't look at the Eiffel Tower because it's such a cliche," my first thought is- "You're a freaking idiot." My second thought has to do with retro-active birth control measures.
I like this photograph!

Hard to find a new angle on such an icon and I have seen this done before. But you did an excellent shot and its a well-executed, effective composition that has plenty to bring the eye back to. Nice job!
eNoBlog this is a horse that has been beaten to a pulp. Nice stab at it though.
In my view this monument needs to always be approached from the far out side.
I imagine there's only so many angles of such a monument. By now, they've pretty much been seen. But who cares?
Your shot is unique in its own right since you took it!. And done quite well at that.
