Also, this particular one has the colour scheme of the Italian flag: Il tricolore. The blur is tilt created and designed to try and give some sense of motion to a stationary object. Forza Italia! I like the blur although that is simply something artistic rather than it actually conveying movement. For it to convey movement you would probably have had to be much farther back so we could get some perspective on the entire object in relation to the background. Anyway, it's very well done!
