Beautifully done, Tim.
Entirely subjective, of course, but IMO the building is a bit too dominant in the composition. For me, the main interest is the ship in the lock coming out of the fog

Tim,
I scrolled/cropped down to a point just below those outside "railings" on the building, keeping enough of the building to identify that it IS a building. The result looks pretty good IMO.
