Is anyone else having issues with Lightroom 2.5 (on a PC) with "automatically write XMP" files and "exporting folder as catalog"?
For me, if I have the "automatic write XMP" set in preferences, the "export folder as catalog" almost always fails (like 95% of the time). If the auto save XMP setting is unchecked, then it is like 50% failure when I try to "export folder as catalog".
My goal is to export the folder of photos after I am done with them with a catalog for later editing (possibly on another computer). I was going to use XMP files, but then found that XMP files do not save my virtual copies.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
