Had the opportunity to shoot the UMass-Lowell vs UConn mens basketball game yesterday afternoon. Had a fun time even though UMass was handled well by top 25 ranked UConn.

Great exposures, great action shots. Looks like the lighting at Gampel is as good as at the X-L center. Did you just use ambient or the house strobes?

XL is decent when the basketball is there! When shooting the AHL games it's a tad challenging.

Geoff, excellent grabs from the game, I'm looking forward to seeing your women's shoot next!

Just saw on the local news WFSB there's no tv tonight for the women. Should still pose enough light for some bball!
