This needs more of a black point. The dark grays give too washed out a feeling.

Were you going for a more dated, antiqued look? If so, the lower contrast makes sense. My own style would be either to pull in more blacks as suggested above, or add some toning to accentuate the old, antique mood.

Not a bad image for ISO 6400. I think Scott suggestion for a toning is good, maybe a mild sepia tone.
