A couple of shots taken in the Alfred Nicholas Gardens in Melbourne's Dandenongs. These were taken back in our autumn, around six months ago. The first is a crop from a wider pano whose composition didn't work, but I liked this bit. The second is a seven vertical shot pano I'm undecided about.

What a great location!
I like both but am most impressed by the second one. The colours are super and I like the leaves in the water. Almost like a mosaic.

Nice work on both of these , Wayne . I like the lead-in of the first , and the broad expanse of the second . In both cases , the subtle , refined palette imparts a feeling of peace and quiet with a touch of autumn melancholy .
Definitely the second one for me - the wider context of the scene is much more appealing to me. I do agree with hugh in that it would be nice to have a little more of an exposure balance between the skies and the foreground but that's not easy to do with lighting like this.
