I like this pic. The lighting is excellent. I'm not a big fan of her head thrown back in the pose. It draws my attention to her throat, and then the nose. I think the use of the wedding dress(?) adds interest, and tells an interesting story. I would crop some from the top. Nice photograph.
I really love the pic, pose, and lighting which looks like only one light was used (large softbox above 3' above her head?)
I'm wondering if it bothers you or anyone else, that her left breast seems much larger than the her right. I know they are the same size, it's just what I noticed and I would fix it in post.

Good shot, light is shaping her very nicely. I would just crop it a little bit differently using the dress for framing and add vignettes symmetrically in the top corners.
