Figured I'd process one of the massive panos that I knew would take me a while. This first shot is from the Kilauea overlook at the Caldera. I took one shot for sky, one from fg for a total of 6 horizontal wide shots. The issue of course is the blend/filter line in the plume. Grrr. Curious your thoughts. Including both screen size and 100% for fun...
Also 2 different versions from the Kulaniapia Falls I posted earlier. Decided to process one a bit darker. Curious which you all like. If any. Much thanks for the time all :-)
Wow, special stuff indeed! I agree with the poster above, if you had not mentioned the blend line, I never would have looked for it, and even now, looking for it, I really don't see anything! I think that caldera is an uber awesome shot! And oh, btw, the waterfall is really pretty sweet too.
Hmmm, guess it did work out well. :-) Was really fun being the only one up there. Then the clouds on the left moved over me and everything got wet. Made for some fun macros of drips on the plans.
Very nice shots, I agree with the others I couldn't see any blend line so I think you must have done a great job processing it. My only critique was going to be clone or crop out the rail on the left but you already mentioned that . As for the waterfall shots I prefer the darker version.
