Wasn't too cold really, only ran into a lot of people coming back down. Some snow, great colors and well the lake as usual is amazing... 1. Canon 5D, Canon 17-40 and polarizer 2. I think I like the composition of 1, and the exposure of 3. I think if you did a little work on 1 maybe you could open up the dark areas just a touch, then that would really do it for me. But 4 is my favorite of them all. For such a seriously wide shot, it looks very natural, with great exposure, nice framing, and killer DOF of course. another_mikey Offline Upload & Sell: On p.1 #5 · Hike to Snow Lake in WA Excellent, only problem now is if I end up deciding to buy a 5D MkII, now I also have to budget in a 14mm I dunno - the tweaking you would need to do to lighten is so subtle it might not even be worth it.
