If you live in the vicinity, might be fun to have your wife or someone else, stand to the sculpture's left side, looking down at the sculpture's face, pointing at the newspaper, and acting like they're having a heated discussion. Just a thought.

The dynamics make the second image stronger. While the first may "fit" the WA topic slightly better, as a suggestion, enter the image you believe visually the strongest. In my observation, on average, those who vote in WA prefer a strong image over a weaker one that closely conforms to the topic.
